Kristin Speer leads the Advanced Technology Practice at Westwood & Wilshire. Kris first distinguished herself in Executive Search during her tenure at Korn/Ferry, where she was promoted to Partner. From there, Kris took on the world, founding Accelerated Search Partners. Before executive search, Kris co-found Claria Corporation, an innovative staffing company for venture-backed startups which grew to a $10M company. Kris Graduated from Stanford University with a double major bachelor’s degree and was elected to the Stanford Cap & Gown Honorary society. Kris has a passion for diversity and inclusion, which she infuses into the firm every day, and is a board member for the HR Strategy Forum. Kris left her wallflower days behind her when she discovered a love for competitive ballroom dancing.
