Jim Rottman to Lead CEO Roundtable

On July 15, 2021 Jim Rottman, founding Practice Leader of AccelPeople, will be leading a CEO roundtable on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion through Advantage Foundry Network. This is the first in a series of CEO roundtable talks that AFN will be putting on in July. We’re very excited that Jim will be able to showcase the kind of discussions that AccelPeople generates, first with CEOs and then throughout companies.

The interactive session is titled The Pressure to Weigh In: The Why, When, and How for Company Leaders to Give a Point of View on Social Issues. CEOs are encouraged to speak freely and engage in discussion with Jim as well as one another around their experiences and questions on the topic. Those who participate will come out of the session having considered case studies and other perspectives to create a thought framework. This framework will allow each CEO to decide when, why, and how to make statements around difficult moral issues.

The event will take place from 8 to 9:30 AM PST, and is available to anyone who has previously participated in an AFN roundtable. To learn more, explore here.
