AccelPeople’s Jim Rottman will Moderate HRSF Event with Adverum Bio Leaders

On September 15th Jim Rottman, Founding Practice Leader for AccelPeople, will moderate a discussion for HRSF titled “Using HR Analytics to Drive Change.” The discussion will feature Adverum Bio’s COO and VP of HR, Peter Soparkar and Dena House. The panel will share their experiences utilizing HR metrics to help their companies make decisions, track progress, and implement significant changes. By using data insights, the actions more consistently lead to positive outcomes.

The event will include a time for questions, and be an opportunity to learn to use metrics and analytics as a foundation for change in HR departments.
