Cadence Solutions Teams With Westwood & Wilshire to Hire Head of Care Solutions

Cadence Solutions, a remote patient care delivery platform, has hired Susan Mackin as the new Head of Care Solutions. The company serves health systems and supports home-based care for Medicare patients with chronic conditions. Mackin will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer at Cadence in order to build and scale the team as the platform expands.

Mackin comes to Cadence from Landmark Health, where she served as the Regional VP and General Manager of In Home Primary and Emergency Care for Medicare. Before Landmark, she was the SVP of Client Services for Physicians Pharmacy Alliance, and held Vice President roles at McKesson, MedVentive, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Mackin received her Masters in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
