Eikon Therapeutics Partners With Westwood & Wilshire to Place Vice President of Human Resources
April 18, 2022, Hayward, CA— Eikon Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company with plans to use super-resolution fluorescence microscopy to aid in developing new drugs, has brought on Maureen Aryee as Vice President of Human Resources. This past January, Eikon announced $517.8 million Series B funding and expansion of their executive leadership team.
Maureen brings over 20 years of experience from multiple industries, with a diverse background in Human Resources, Business and IT. She spent 10 years in Johnson & Johnson, leading HR in various capacities. Most recently, Maureen was the Head of HR, Strategic Initiatives in Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen Pharmaceuticals, where she led the talent strategy for the rapid growth of 1000+ employees in Clinical Operations.
Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Maureen ran a business as a real estate entrepreneur, providing commercialization services to residential developers. She began her career with GE Power Systems in their Information Management Leadership Development Program.
Maureen obtained her MBA from the University of Georgia, and her bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and Communications from Chatham University.
