Leiters Works with Westwood & Wilshire to Place Chief Operating Officer

August 24th, 2022- John Caruso has joined Leiters as their Chief Operating Officer.

John has more than 25 years of significant Technical, Supply Chain including Order-To-Cash and Operational Excellence experience servicing the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Health and Animal Health industries.

Prior to joining Leiters, he was Vice President of Technical Operations, Region Americas, for Bayer Consumer Health. As a proven International Leader, living and working in Latin America and North America, he has strong expertise in solid dose pharmaceuticals, ointments, liquids, cremes, emulsions, sterile and biological liquid and lyophilization manufacturing and packaging operations for NDA, OTC and Nutritional products. Prior to Bayer, he held positions of increasing responsibility in Product Supply and Quality areas for Merck and Company.

He holds a BS from Drexel University - Philadelphia, PA in Commerce & Engineering Sciences - Dual Degree in Production/Operations Management and Marketing Concepts.
