Westwood & Wilshire Assists Agiloft in Hiring CTO John Pechacek
Silicon Valley, Calif., August 18, 2022— The Technology Practice of Westwood & Wilshire, a retained executive search firm, today announced the successful placement of John Pechacek as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Agiloft, a trusted provider of agile software for contract and commerce lifecycle management.
Pechacek brings nearly 20 years of software engineering leadership with customer and delivery technology companies, as well as experience in building successful teams in high-growth organizations. As a key member of the executive team at Agiloft, he will shape the technology strategy for development and customer hosting operations, liaising across the growing product, sales and engineering teams.

Most recently, Pechacek was CTO with Velocity Solutions, leading the technology team supporting a growing customer base and expanding product offerings for the data analytics technology company serving financial institutions. Previously, he was Vice President of Software Engineering for PayScale, where he led B2B software development, growing the product from $10M to $100M.
