In 2012, Takeda engaged Westwood & Wilshire for the search to head their Global Vaccine Business Unit.  We surpassed their expectations by placing Rajeev Venkayya from the Gates Foundation for this critical hire. Since that time, we have been the company’s go-to firm for many of their key vaccine leadership hires beginning with Rajeev’s Chief of Staff in 2013 and continuing with the North American Head of Regulatory Affairs earlier this year.  We also partnered with Takeda on numerous clinical leadership placements including the Clinical Leads for Norovirus, Dengue and Zika as well as the US Regional Medical Director across all vaccines.
