Annie Collins is an Executive Recruiter with 20+ years-experience recruiting top talent. Most recently, Annie served as Executive Search Director with Anthem, Inc. a Fortune 50 Healthcare Company where she was part of a start-up in-house Executive Search function. She and her team worked to up-level the Top 1% of the Company. Previously, Annie held a Senior Associate position in the Human Resources Practice at Korn Ferry where she recruited CHRO, Vice President of Human Resources, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Business Partners, and Compensation and Benefits for Fortune 500 Companies as well as Private Equity and Venture Backed start-ups. Annie’s early career started as an Executive Search Consultant working with Boutique Retained Executive Search Firms, Financial Services Firms, and Start-up’s recruiting in multiple industries at the C-Level and Vice President level. Annie received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Texas State University. Annie has two children in college and lives outside of Chicago with her husband and enjoys reading, entertaining, and the outdoors.
