Overview

Kris first distinguished herself in Executive Search during her tenure at Korn/Ferry, where she was promoted to Partner. She spent time in both the Financial and Technology Practices.  Post Korn/Ferry, Kris spent four years with Intermedia, a cloud-based software platform company.  She played a critical role in building out the technical leadership team during a period of significant growth for the company.  Before executive search, Kris co-founded Claria Corporation, a PE-backed, innovative staffing company for venture-backed startups. Kris has held multiple leadership roles within Westwood & Wilshire and at present, serves as the firm’s Advanced Technology Advisor.  In this capacity, she is the guru for all tech-based executive search assignments within the firm.  Kris Graduated from Stanford University with a double major in Earth Sciences and Music.  Kris has a passion for diversity and inclusion, which she infuses into the firm every day.  She’s also an accomplished ballroom dancer.
