International client Sivers Semiconductor joins NASDAQ

Sivers Semiconductor, based in Sweden, has hit an important milestone in its global expansion through approval for its listing on the NASDAQ Stockholm main market.  Sivers Semiconductors has two business areas: Wireless (RF chips and antennas for 5G systems for datacoms and telecoms networks), and Photonics (semiconductor-based optical products for optical fiber networks, sensors and optical fiber communications, or Li-Fi).

Hiring initial US executives for international companies is one of Westwood & Wilshire’s specialty practices, led by Andrea Tegstam, Director of International.  Tegstam is leading the retained search for Sivers’ first US-based executive, Vice President Business Development.  A native of Sweden, Tegstam is also fluent in Japanese and Spanish, in addition to Swedish and English.
