Alan Cullen founded Westwood & Wilshire in 2003 and has been caught up in the whirlwind business of executive recruitment even longer. As President, Alan wasted no time molding the firm into one of the premier boutique search firms in the country. In over twenty years of executive search the list of high-profile placements Alan has made is expansive and ever growing. Also instrumental to Westwood & Wilshire’s continued success is Alan’s ability to establish and maintain relationships between the firm and Fortune 500 companies, including Genentech, Abbott, Takeda, and Precision Castparts. Prior to diving into executive search, Alan worked in Management Consulting with Tucker Alan Inc (now part of Navigant Consulting). He is a very proud alum of UCLA. On the days Alan does not spend his free time with his wife and daughter, he can most likely be found on the golf course.
