Michael Ford has joined Agiloft as Director of Customer Success, responsible for Agiloft’s professional services team supporting Agiloft’s award-winning no-code application development software platform. Mr. Ford joins Agiloft from a long term consulting engagement at Sephora where he was responsible for launching a complete replacement of backend (SAP/ERP) and Retail Point of Sale (Micros POS) systems for Sephora Brazil.
